Cinnamon & gingerbread spice apple crisps {gluten free + vegan}

Perfect healthy recipe for Hallowe'en that you can also use for protection or as an offering to the Gods and Goddess. 

What you'll need:

⛥gingerbread spice
brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
Cut the apples into thin slices. I think about 2-3 mm is good, mine turned out too thick so most of them didn't turn into crisps but still they tasted darn good.  
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place your apple slices on it, sprinkle cinnamon and gingerbread spice over them along with some brown sugar. 
Cook the slices for about 15 minutes but keep your eyes on them so they won't burn, depends on your over but the cooking time or heat can vary.
